Remove all trash, food wrappers, crumbs, and clutter from the car
Vacuum seats, carpets, floor mats, under seats, and trunk thoroughly
Empty and clean the glove box, center console, cup holders, and door pockets
Wipe down all interior surfaces with a cleaner
Remove and wash floor mats and seat covers
Seal or discard any food, drinks, and pet food kept in the car
Park in a clean, dry area away from trash and standing water
Use roach bait stations placed under seats and in hidden corners
Apply roach gel bait in cracks, crevices, and along seat rails
Use an insect growth regulator if needed
Avoid spraying repellent insecticides where bait is used
Inspect and clean the trunk, spare tire area, and under the spare tire cover
Check for leaks, moisture, and damp items inside the car
Keep windows and sunroof closed when not in use
Repeat vacuuming and baiting regularly
Seek professional pest control if the infestation persists
