Defeat the Broken Vessel in the Ancient Basin
Obtain the Monarch Wings from the Broken Vessel arena area
Go to the Abyss in the Ancient Basin
Open the sealed door in the Abyss using the King’s Brand
Enter the Shadow Cloak area in the Abyss
Collect the Shade Cloak upgrade from the Abyss altar
