Go to Settings
Tap Accessibility
Tap Spoken Content
Turn on Speak Selection
Turn on Speak Screen
To have Siri read text aloud, say “Hey Siri, speak screen”
Swipe down with two fingers from the top of the screen to start Speak Screen
Select the text you want read, then tap Speak if Speak Selection is enabled
