Press Command + Option + Esc to open Force Quit Applications
Open Activity Monitor from Applications > Utilities
Use Spotlight Search and type Activity Monitor
Open Launchpad, then search for Activity Monitor
Use Finder to go to Applications > Utilities > Activity Monitor
Use Activity Monitor to view and manage running apps and processes
Use Force Quit Applications to close unresponsive apps quickly
