Open Activity Monitor from Applications > Utilities
Press Command + Space, type Activity Monitor, and press Return
Use Force Quit by pressing Command + Option + Escape
Click the Apple menu and select Force Quit
Open Launchpad, search for Activity Monitor, and open it
Use Spotlight to find and launch Activity Monitor
Open Finder, go to Applications, then Utilities, and open Activity Monitor
