Buy a Terrorist agent skin from the Steam Community Market
Open CS2 and go to your Inventory
Equip the agent skin in the Terrorist loadout slot
Use it in matches as the Terrorist side
If you mean a specific Terrorist character, search for that agent by name on the Steam Community Market or in-game store
If the item is unavailable, wait for it to reappear on the market or buy from another player
