Go to the City of Tears
Reach the eastern side of the city
Use the elevator or platforms near the Ancient Basin entrance
Enter the Kingdom’s Edge gate from the City of Tears side
If needed, unlock the gate by using the City Crest
Continue right and upward through the area to reach Kingdom’s Edge
