Click the three-dot menu below the video or next to the title
Select Show transcript
If Show transcript is not available, check the video description for captions or use auto-generated captions if enabled
Copy the transcript text from the transcript panel
Paste it into a document or text editor
If needed, use a third-party transcript tool or browser extension for videos without a built-in transcript
