Open the myAT&T app or sign in to your AT&T account online
Go to your wireless account
Select the line you want to transfer
Choose the option for Number Transfer PIN or Transfer PIN
Follow the prompts to generate the PIN
If needed, call AT&T customer support at 611 from your AT&T phone or 800-331-0500
Make sure your account is active and the line is eligible for transfer
Have your account passcode or verification details ready
Note the PIN before it expires
Use the Transfer PIN with your new carrier when requested
