Open the T-Mobile app or sign in to your T-Mobile account online
Go to the line you want to transfer
Select Account or Profile
Choose Line settings or Transfer phone number
Request a Transfer PIN
Use the PIN before it expires
If needed, dial 611 from your T-Mobile phone or call 1-877-746-0909 and ask for a Transfer PIN
Make sure your account is in good standing and you can verify your identity
