Find a Drowned mob
Kill the Drowned
Pick up the trident if it drops
Use Looting to increase drop chances
Farm Drowned in ocean ruins or underwater areas
Use a trident from a Drowned holding one if it drops it on death
Repair the trident with another trident or an anvil and Mending if needed
