Turn it off immediately
Remove the case
Disconnect any cables
Hold the iPhone with the charging port facing down
Gently tap it against your hand to help water drain out
Wipe the outside with a soft, lint-free cloth
Leave it in a dry, well-ventilated place
Put it in front of a fan
Do not use heat
Do not charge it until it is completely dry
Do not put it in rice
Wait at least 24 to 48 hours before turning it on
If water entered deeply or the phone is not working, contact Apple Support or a repair shop
