Hold the cube with the white center on the bottom
Find white edge pieces
Move a white edge piece to the top layer
Align the edge color with its matching center color
Turn the matching face 180 degrees to bring the white edge down
Repeat for all four white edge pieces
Make sure the white edges line up with the center colors on the side faces
Check that the white cross is complete on the bottom face
