If you cannot access your email or phone, go to Roblox Support
Submit a support request for account recovery
Provide the account username, original email, and any proof of ownership
Include billing receipts if you have made purchases
Follow the instructions sent by Roblox Support
Change your password after regaining access
Enable two-step verification
Update your email and phone number on the account
Log out of all other devices if needed
