Install Plutonium BO2 and launch the game once
Make sure BO2 is fully updated and files are not missing
Download a BO2 Zombies mod made for Plutonium BO2
Extract the mod files if they are in a ZIP or RAR archive
Place the mod folder in the correct Plutonium BO2 mods directory
Use the default path: `C:UsersYourNameAppDataLocalPlutoniumstoraget6mods`
If the mod includes a `mod.ff` file, keep it inside its own mod folder
If the mod includes a `zone` folder, keep that folder inside the mod folder
Start Plutonium BO2
Open the Mods menu
Select the zombie mod you installed
Launch the mod from the menu
If the mod does not appear, verify the folder structure is correct
If the mod does not load, check that the mod is for BO2 Zombies and not another game
If the mod crashes, remove other mods and try again
If the mod still fails, delete the mod folder and reinstall it cleanly
Run Plutonium as administrator if needed
Disable antivirus or add an exception if it blocks mod files
Make sure the mod version matches your Plutonium BO2 version
If the mod requires a specific map, install that map first
If the mod requires custom files, place them exactly as the mod author instructs
Check the mod page for special launch steps or required dependencies
