Sign in to Yahoo Mail
Click the Settings gear icon
Select More Settings
Look for the Mail version or Viewing email options
Choose the option to switch back to Basic Mail or the older interface, if available
Save the changes
If no old version option appears, use a supported browser or disable browser extensions that may affect Yahoo Mail
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then sign in again
If the old Yahoo Mail version is no longer available, use Yahoo Mail in Basic HTML mode if offered
