Sign in to your account
Turn off Airplane Mode
Connect your device to Wi-Fi or mobile data
Check that your internet connection is working
Close and reopen the Spotify app
Make sure Spotify is updated to the latest version
Restart your device if needed
Disable Offline Mode in Spotify settings
Try again after reconnecting to the internet
