Use adhesive picture hangers only for very light items and smooth concrete
Drill pilot holes with a hammer drill and masonry bit if using anchors or concrete screws
Insert the anchor if required
Drive in the screw or hanger hardware securely
Hang the picture and check that it is level
Use two hangers for larger frames to keep them straight
Clean dust from the drilled holes before inserting anchors
Remove the picture and patch holes if needed when relocating it
