Turn off the Chromebook
Press and hold Refresh
Press and hold Power
Release both when the Chromebook starts
If needed, perform a factory reset from Settings
Open Settings
Select Advanced
Select Reset settings
Select Powerwash
Select Restart
Follow the on-screen prompts
