Power off the Itel A14
Press and hold the Volume Up button and Power button together
Release the buttons when the Itel logo or recovery menu appears
Use the Volume buttons to select Recovery Mode if needed
Press the Power button to confirm
When the Android recovery screen appears, select Wipe data/factory reset
Press the Power button to confirm
Select Yes to confirm the reset
Wait for the reset to complete
Select Reboot system now
Press the Power button to restart the phone
