Add a splash of water
Cover loosely with a microwave-safe lid or damp paper towel
Microwave in short intervals, stirring between each
Heat until steaming hot throughout
Or place the rice in a skillet
Add a little water or broth
Cover and heat over low to medium heat
Stir occasionally until hot
Or steam the rice in a covered pot or steamer basket
