How To Hide Columns In Excel?

Select the column or columns you want to hide

Right-click the selected column header

Click Hide

To hide non-adjacent columns, hold Ctrl and select each column before right-clicking

To use the ribbon, go to Home

Click Format

Under Visibility, choose Hide & Unhide

Click Hide Columns

To hide columns with a keyboard shortcut, select the columns and press Ctrl+0

To unhide columns, select the columns on both sides of the hidden area

Right-click the selection and click Unhide

To unhide all columns, select the entire worksheet and choose Unhide Columns
