Place the Oil Extractor on a crude oil node
Connect the Oil Extractor to power
Build pipelines from the Oil Extractor output to the Refinery input
Place a Pipeline Pump if the pipe route is long or uphill
Open the Refinery and select an oil-based recipe
Make sure the Refinery input is set to accept Crude Oil
Connect the Refinery to power
Ensure the pipeline is not blocked or disconnected
Check that the Oil Extractor is producing enough crude oil
Verify the Refinery has room for output products
Use a Pipeline Junction if multiple Refineries need the same oil line
Add a Fluid Buffer if you need temporary storage between extractor and refinery
