Open Chrome
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
Select Bookmarks
Click Bookmark manager
Click the three-dot menu in Bookmark manager
Select Import bookmarks
Choose the browser or HTML file to import from
Click Open or Import
Wait for the bookmarks to finish importing
