Open Gmail and sign in to your account
Open Google Contacts
Select the contacts you want to export
Click the Export option
Choose the export format, such as Google CSV or Outlook CSV
Save the exported file to your device
Open the app or service where you want to import the contacts
Go to the Import Contacts option
Upload the exported CSV file
Confirm the import
Check that the contacts were added successfully
