Connect your iPhone to your computer with a USB cable
Unlock your iPhone and tap Trust This Computer if prompted
On Windows, open the Photos app or File Explorer
On Mac, open the Photos app or Image Capture
Select Import or Import Selected
Choose the photos you want to transfer
Click Import to copy the pictures to your computer
On Windows, you can also open This PC and copy photos from the DCIM folder
On Mac, you can use AirDrop to send photos wirelessly
You can also use iCloud Photos to sync pictures between iPhone and computer
