Place the cursor where you want to indent
Press Tab to indent the first line
Drag the left indent marker on the ruler to move the whole paragraph
Drag the first line indent marker on the ruler to indent only the first line
Go to Format
Select Align and indent
Choose Indentation options
Set left and first line indent values
Click Apply
Use Shift+Tab to decrease indentation
Use the ruler on the top if it is not visible by enabling View and then Show ruler
