Open Discord
Click the User Settings gear icon
Go to Activity Privacy
Turn off “Display current activity as a status message”
Go to Registered Games
Turn off game detection if enabled
If needed, set your status to Invisible
Close and reopen Discord to confirm the game is no longer shown
