Open the Discord app on your mobile device
Tap your profile icon in the bottom-right corner
Tap the gear icon to open User Settings
Scroll down and tap Log Out
Confirm that you want to log out
On the login screen, enter the credentials for the other Discord account
Tap Log In
If you want to switch between accounts often, repeat the log out and log in steps as needed
