Open Discord and go to your server
Click the server name
Select Server Settings
Click Roles
Click Create Role
Enter a role name
Set the role color
Adjust permissions
Set role display options if needed
Save changes
Drag the role to change its position in the role list if needed
Assign the role to members from the Members list or by right-clicking a user
Use the role in channels, permissions, and mentions as needed
