1 lb ground turkey
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried sage
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tbsp olive oil
Mix ground turkey with salt, pepper, sage, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes
Form into patties or crumble for loose sausage
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
Cook patties or crumbles until browned and fully cooked
Stir occasionally if crumbled
Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F
Serve hot
