Preheat the oven to 350°F
Pat the turkey breast roast dry
Rub the roast with oil or melted butter
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and herbs
Place the roast in a roasting pan or baking dish
Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part
Roast until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
Baste occasionally if desired
Cover loosely with foil if the top browns too quickly
Remove from the oven
Let rest for 10 to 15 minutes
Slice and serve
