Preheat the oven to 375°F
Pat the turkey wings dry with paper towels
Season the wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and any other desired spices
Lightly coat the wings with oil or melted butter
Place the wings in a baking dish or on a lined sheet pan
Cover the dish tightly with foil
Bake for 45 minutes
Remove the foil
Baste the wings with pan juices if desired
Bake uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes more
Cook until the skin is browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°F
Let the wings rest for 10 minutes before serving
