Find the ball’s air plug and remove it
Insert the pump nozzle into the valve
Pump air into the ball slowly
Stop when the ball reaches the recommended size
Remove the pump nozzle carefully
Reinsert the air plug securely
Check the ball for firmness and adjust if needed
