Open your PowerPoint presentation
Select the slide where you want the video
Click the Insert tab
Click Video
Choose This Device or Video on My PC
Browse to the video file
Select the video file
Click Insert
Resize and position the video on the slide
Use the Playback tab to set video options if needed
Save your presentation
