Click the cell where you want the bullet point
Press Alt + 7 on the numeric keypad
Press Alt + 0149 on the numeric keypad
Go to Insert > Symbol, then choose a bullet symbol
Copy a bullet from another cell or document and paste it into Excel
Use CHAR(149) in a formula to insert a bullet
Use the Bullets and Numbering option in a text box or Word, then paste into Excel
Type a bullet in a cell, then press Alt + Enter for a new line and repeat for more bullets
