Select the cell where you want the picture
Go to the Insert tab
Click Pictures
Choose the image source
Select the picture and click Insert
Resize the picture to fit the cell
Right-click the picture and choose Format Picture
Open Size & Properties
Select Move and size with cells
Adjust the row height and column width if needed
Repeat for other cells if necessary
