Check whether your laptop has an SD card slot
If your laptop has a full-size SD card slot, align the card with the label facing up
If your laptop has a full-size SD card slot, gently push the card into the slot until it clicks or stops
If your laptop has a microSD card, insert it into a microSD-to-SD adapter if needed
If your laptop has only a microSD slot, align the microSD card correctly and slide it in gently
Do not force the card into the slot
Wait for the laptop to detect the card
Open File Explorer or Finder to access the card if needed
Eject the card safely before removing it
Press the card inward slightly if it has a spring-loaded slot, then release it to pop out
