Power off the computer
Unplug the power cable
Press the power button for a few seconds to discharge residual power
Open the computer case
Locate the PCIe x16 slot
Remove the case expansion slot covers
Release the PCIe slot latch if present
Align the graphics card with the PCIe slot
Firmly press the card into the slot until it clicks into place
Secure the card to the case with screws
Connect the required PCIe power cables from the power supply
Close the computer case
Reconnect the power cable
Connect the monitor to the graphics card output
Power on the computer
Install or update the graphics card drivers
Restart the computer if needed
