Download the texture pack file from a trusted source
Open Minecraft Java Edition on your PC
Go to Options
Click Resource Packs
Click Open Pack Folder
Move the downloaded texture pack file into the folder
Return to Minecraft
Select the texture pack from the Available list
Click Done
Wait for the pack to load
Start or continue your world with the new texture pack
