Enable HEN on your PS3
Prepare the game files in the correct folder format
Copy the game folder to `/dev_hdd0/GAMES/` or `/dev_usb000/GAMES/`
If the game is in PKG format, install it through Package Manager
If the game includes an `.rap` file, place the `.rap` in `/dev_hdd0/exdata/`
Use a license tool if required for the game to activate
Refresh the game list in your file manager or launcher
Launch the game from the XMB
If needed, install any required updates or fixes
Keep HEN enabled before starting the game
