How To Install Windows 11 From USB?

Back up your important files

Check that your PC meets Windows 11 requirements

Get an 8 GB or larger USB drive

Download the Windows 11 ISO or Media Creation Tool from Microsoft

Create a bootable Windows 11 USB using the Media Creation Tool or Rufus

Insert the USB drive into the PC you want to install Windows 11 on

Restart the PC and open the boot menu or BIOS/UEFI setup

Set the USB drive as the first boot device

Save changes and restart

Press any key if prompted to boot from the USB

Select language, time, and keyboard settings

Click Install now

Enter your product key or choose I don’t have a product key

Select the Windows 11 edition if prompted

Accept the license terms

Choose Custom: Install Windows only

Select the drive or partition where you want Windows 11 installed

Delete or format partitions if needed

Select the unallocated space or target partition and click Next

Wait for Windows 11 to install and restart

Complete the setup steps after reboot

Remove the USB drive when prompted or after the first restart if needed

Sign in and finish Windows 11 setup

Install drivers, Windows updates, and necessary apps
