Open your image in Photoshop
Select the layer you want to invert
Go to Image > Adjustments > Invert
Or press Ctrl+I on Windows
Or press Cmd+I on Mac
For a non-destructive edit, add an Invert adjustment layer
Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Invert
Click OK
Save your file
