For direct soldier entry, apply through Army recruitment rallies when vacancies are announced
Meet the required educational, physical, and medical eligibility
Clear the written test, physical fitness test, and medical examination
Join the Army and later apply for Para Regiment selection if eligible
Maintain excellent running, strength, endurance, and mental toughness
