How To Jump Rope?

Stand tall with feet together and knees slightly bent

Hold the rope handles at hip height

Keep elbows close to your sides

Turn the rope with your wrists, not your arms

Swing the rope over your head and in front of your body

Jump just high enough for the rope to pass under your feet

Land softly on the balls of your feet

Keep your jumps small and controlled

Maintain a steady rhythm

Look straight ahead

Start with short practice sessions

Stop if you feel pain or dizziness
