Open the post
Tap View Insights
Check the shares metric
If your post was shared to Stories and the account is public, you may see mentions or tags in your notifications
Check your notifications for story mentions
Check your Direct Messages for reshares sent to you
If someone reposted your content manually, look for tags, mentions, or comments
Use a professional account to access post insights
Third-party apps cannot reliably show who shared your post
Instagram privacy settings may prevent you from seeing who shared it
