Press Windows + R
Type msconfig and press Enter
Open the Boot tab
Check Safe boot
Select Minimal
Click Apply
Click OK
Restart the computer
To exit Safe Mode, open msconfig again
Uncheck Safe boot
Click Apply
Click OK
Restart the computer
Or, from the sign-in screen, hold Shift and select Power > Restart
Select Troubleshoot
Select Advanced options
Select Startup Settings
Click Restart
Press 4 or F4 for Safe Mode
Press 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with Networking
Press 6 or F6 for Safe Mode with Command Prompt
