Open the website in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
Click the browser menu
Select More tools or Apps
Choose Create shortcut or Install this site as an app
Name the shortcut if prompted
Check Open as window if available
Click Create or Install
Open the created shortcut
Right-click the website icon on the taskbar
Select Pin to taskbar
