Sign in to your Yahoo Fantasy account
Go to Fantasy Home
Select the sport and league you want to leave
Open the league menu or settings
Choose League Settings or Edit Team Settings
Look for the Leave League option
Confirm that you want to leave the league
If you do not see the option, ask the commissioner to remove your team or contact Yahoo Fantasy support
