Open the CoWIN website or Aarogya Setu app
Sign in using your registered mobile number
Go to your vaccination certificate or profile section
Select the option to update or add passport details
Enter your passport number exactly as shown on the passport
Verify the details and submit the request
Download the updated vaccination certificate after the passport is linked
If the option is not available, contact CoWIN support or visit the vaccination center for help
